Allwyn Serrao
- Allwyn Serrao is a Commerce Graduate. Whilst pursuing his Degree, he also completed a Diploma in Printing Technology through Industrial Training Institute (ITI) from St. Francis Xavier's Technical Institute. He also has qualifications in Advertising and Public Relations. Mr. Serrao has an overall experience over 25+ years in the printing industry and is the member of the Bombay Master Printing Association. He began his career at a very young age whilst pursuing his studies, as a "Trainee" at Reliable Printers, one of the well - known greeting card manufacturers then. His commitment and ability to upscale quickly saw him move to a position of "General Manager" within a period of 5 years. His experience at Reliable included handling various roles and responsibilities from hands on printing, administration, purchase, sales and accounting. The overall experience he gained in all aspects of printing gave him the impetus to translate his dream, of setting up his business, into a reality.
Allwyn Serrao is the Managing Partner of Richard's Printing & Publishing Establishment, an enterprise he set up single-handedly in 1995. From a small beginning of a letter press unit within a decade Allwyn has stirred the growth of his enterprise into a mid-size offset printing press with modern machines for printing and post printing activities and core focus on the printing needs of the pharmaceutical industry. He is a well-acknowledged person for his business acumen in the mid-size printing organizations.
