Life Anchors is a social reach-out initiative of a group of Senior Business leaders who are industry stalwarts and successful entrepreneurs. They bring to the table a vast repertoire of talent and skills that can be channelized to.
- Build up leadership capabilities of NextGen leaders & Enhance Leadership effectiveness both on a personal and organizational level. Also to develop domain specific skills to boost mid-life career development and growth.
- Nurture talent among those gifted youth whose dreams remain unfulfilled due to lack of financial and other resources through a process of empowerment leading to development of employability capacity.
- Spearhead and support various social initiatives like livelihood related training for disadvantaged youth, financial literacy, empowerment of senior citizens, differently-abled and other have-nots of society.
